Xylometazoline hydrochloride – a topical decongestant that helps reduce swelling in the nasal passages to ease breathing.
Dexpanthenol – a derivative of pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) that helps support natural healing and protects the nasal mucous membrane.

For adults and children aged 12+:
1 spray per nostril, up to 3 times daily as required
Maximum: 3 doses in 24 hours
Do not exceed the stated dose
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days
Remove the protective cap.
Before first use, press the pump 5 times until a fine mist appears.
If unused for a long period, press twice before use.
Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Spray once while gently inhaling.
Repeat in the other nostril if needed.
Clean the nozzle after each use and replace the cap.
For hygiene reasons, do not share the spray.
Use within 3 months of opening.
If the bottle is dropped with the cap off, check the spray pattern – discard if not spraying correctly.
