You can cancel your order at any time before it’s passed to our pharmacy warehouse for dispatch.
For health, hygiene, safety, copyright and legal reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of medical products – this includes both prescription and non-prescription medicines. If you have any unwanted medication, please take it to your local pharmacy for safe disposal.
Because of these regulations, we can’t offer refunds for returned prescription treatments unless your order is damaged, faulty, or if you’ve received the wrong item. In some cases, we may ask for a photo as evidence of the issue. Unfortunately, we’re not able to cover the cost of returning an item.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll either replace the item or refund the amount you paid. We may ask you to return the product to us in line with our instructions so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We’re happy to review refund requests for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied products for up to 7 days after you receive your order.
If a refund is due, we’ll return the amount you paid using the same payment method you used at checkout. Once everything’s sorted with our customer care team, your refund should reach your bank within four to five working days of being issued.
