If your blocked nose is accompanied by facial pain, fever, or persistent symptoms, you may have a sinus infection and should speak with your GP.

Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Remove the protective cap.
If using for the first time, prime the spray by pressing a few times until a fine mist appears.
Hold the bottle upright, lean your head slightly forward, and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
Spray once while gently breathing in through your nose.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the cap after use.
Adults and children (6 years+): 1 spray in each nostril up to 6 times per day, as needed.
Do not use in children under 6 years.
Do not share the spray bottle to avoid cross-contamination.
Do not use Otrivine Nasal Spray if you:
Are allergic to any of the ingredients
Have recently undergone nasal or brain surgery
Are using another nasal decongestant at the same time
Pregnant or breastfeeding
Asthmatic or have chronic nasal conditions
Unsure whether your symptoms are caused by allergies, infection, or sinusitis
