Nurofen Sinus & Blocked Nose 200mg/5mg Tablets provide fast-acting relief from the pain, pressure and congestion caused by colds, flu, and sinus infections.
Each tablet combines ibuprofen, a painkiller and anti-inflammatory, with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that unblocks sinuses and helps you breathe easier.

Ibuprofen (200 mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and lowers temperature.
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): A decongestant that narrows swollen nasal blood vessels, reducing congestion and pressure in the sinuses.
Together, they tackle both the pain and blocked nose that make colds and flu so uncomfortable.
Suitable for: Adults, the elderly, and children aged 12 years and over.
Do NOT take this medicine if you:
Are allergic to ibuprofen, phenylephrine, aspirin, or other NSAIDs
Have ever had a stomach ulcer, bleeding, or perforation
Have heart problems, high blood pressure, severe kidney or liver disease
Have asthma or allergic reactions triggered by painkillers
Are taking other NSAIDs or aspirin over 75 mg daily
Have an overactive thyroid or prostate enlargement
Are pregnant (last 3 months) or under 12 years old
Are taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or have taken them in the last 14 days

How to take:
Swallow tablets whole with water.
Take with food or milk to reduce stomach irritation.
Drink plenty of fluids while recovering from a cold or flu.

Other Ingredients:
Cellulose, sodium starch glycollate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), quinoline yellow (E104), sunset yellow (E110), iron oxide black (E172), and propylene glycol.
Like all medicines, Nurofen Sinus & Blocked Nose Tablets may cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.
Stop taking and seek immediate medical help if you experience:
Signs of intestinal bleeding (black stools, vomiting blood)
Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, wheezing, difficulty breathing)
Kidney problems (back pain, changes in urine)
Severe skin reactions (blistering, peeling, or redness)
Aseptic meningitis symptoms (stiff neck, fever, confusion)
Liver problems (yellowing of skin or eyes, dark urine)
Common side effects:
Indigestion, heartburn, nausea
Stomach discomfort or pain
Uncommon or rare:
Diarrhoea, constipation, vomiting
Headache or dizziness
High blood pressure or irregular heartbeat
