Each tablet combines ibuprofen, a painkiller and anti-inflammatory, with phenylephrine hydrochloride, a nasal decongestant that unblocks sinuses and helps you breathe easier.

Effective for relieving:

  • Headaches and sinus pressure
  • Nasal congestion and blocked nose
  • Fever and body aches
  • Sore throat and inflammation

For NHS-approved information on managing colds and flu, visit the NHS website.

How Nurofen Sinus & Blocked Nose Tablets Work

  • Ibuprofen (200 mg): A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and lowers temperature.

  • Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): A decongestant that narrows swollen nasal blood vessels, reducing congestion and pressure in the sinuses.

Together, they tackle both the pain and blocked nose that make colds and flu so uncomfortable.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces fever and eases headaches
  • Helps relieve sore throat and body aches
