Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Relief Capsules use a dual-phase formulation to target symptoms throughout the day and night:
Paracetamol – Reduces fever and relieves headaches, sore throat, and muscle pain.
Caffeine (in Day Capsules only) – Acts as a mild stimulant to reduce tiredness and enhance the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride – A nasal decongestant that shrinks swollen nasal blood vessels, helping to relieve pressure and ease breathing.
The day capsules keep you active and alert, while the night capsules help you rest comfortably and recover while you sleep.
Suitable for: Adults and children aged 16 years and over.
Do NOT take if you:
Are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine, or phenylephrine hydrochloride
Have heart disease, high blood pressure, or overactive thyroid
Are taking or have taken MAOIs (for depression) in the last 14 days
Are using other decongestants or paracetamol-containing medicines
Have an enlarged prostate or difficulty urinating
