There are two easy ways to perform your test – both deliver the same level of accuracy.
Option 1 – Test in Your Urine Stream
Remove the test stick from its foil wrapper.
Take off the protective cap to expose the absorbent tip.
Hold the tip downwards in your urine stream for 5 seconds only, keeping the window facing away from your body.
Replace the cap and place the test flat on a dry surface.
Option 2 – Use a Collected Urine Sample
Collect urine in a clean, dry cup.
Immerse the absorbent tip completely for 5 seconds, keeping the rest of the stick dry.
Remove, recap, and lay flat while waiting for the result.
