Instructions for Use (Adult & Adolescent 12+)

Shake gently for ~5 seconds before each use

Prime if first use or after a week without use (2 sprays away from face)

Spray once into each nostril morning and evening

Do not exceed 2 sprays per nostril per day

Use consistently during allergy seasons; may take several days for full effect
Not recommended for children under 12 .

Avoid contact with eyes. Monitor if history of eye disorders (glaucoma, cataracts)
