Vicks Micromist Nasal Spray 15ml is a fast-acting nasal decongestant that helps relieve a blocked nose caused by colds, flu, sinusitis, or hay fever.
It contains Oxymetazoline hydrochloride (0.05%), which works by narrowing swollen blood vessels in the nasal passages – helping you breathe more easily within minutes.
This aqueous nasal spray is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over and is formulated to provide up to 8 hours of congestion relief.

Always read the enclosed patient information leaflet before use.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Spray 1-2 times into each nostril every 6-8 hours as needed.
Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
Do not use for longer than 7 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion.
Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages.
Remove the protective cap and hold the bottle upright.
Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other.
Squeeze firmly and inhale deeply through your nose.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Wipe the nozzle after use and replace the cap.
To keep your Vicks Micromist Spray safe and effective:
Store at room temperature (below 25°C).
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date printed on the packaging.
Return any unused spray to your pharmacy for safe disposal.
Do not use Vicks Micromist if you:
Are under 12 years old
Are allergic to Oxymetazoline or any of the ingredients
Are taking MAOI antidepressants or have taken them in the last 14 days
Speak to your doctor before using if you have:
Heart disease or hypertension
Thyroid problems
Diabetes
Enlarged prostate or urination difficulties
Glaucoma
Each 15ml bottle of Vicks Sinex Micromist Aqueous Nasal Spray contains:
Active ingredient: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride 0.05% w/v
Other ingredients: Sodium citrate dihydrate, tyloxapol, citric acid anhydrous, chlorhexidine digluconate, menthol, benzalkonium chloride, camphor, disodium edetate, eucalyptol, sodium hydroxide, and purified water.
These ingredients provide decongestant, antiseptic, and cooling effects to clear nasal passages and soothe irritated sinuses.
