How to Use Tee2 Blood Glucose Test Strips

Always follow the instructions provided with your TEE2 meter.

Step-by-step

1. Wash hands and sample site thoroughly with warm water and soap. Dry completely.

2. Insert the test strip into the meter with the contact bars facing upward.

3. Wait for the meter to display the drop symbol.

4. Use a lancing device to obtain a blood droplet.

5. Apply the blood to the edge of the narrow end of the strip until the meter beeps.

6. Ensure the confirmation window is fully filled.

7. The meter will count down from 5 to 1 and display the result.

8. Remove and dispose of the strip safely. The meter will switch off automatically.

If the confirmation window is not completely filled, an Er4 error message may appear.

Each test strip contains the following reagents:

• Glucose oxidase (Aspergillus sp.): 2.7 units

• Hexaamineruthenium(III) chloride: 45.7 μg

• Other excipients: 1.6 μg
