Sudosalve is an antiseptic cream used to treat nappy rash, minor burns, cuts, grazes, and skin infections. It contains the active ingredient dibrompropamidine isethionate, a trusted antiseptic that kills certain bacteria and fungi, helping to prevent infection and support natural healing.
Sudosalve can also be used to treat outer ear infections (otitis externa) and other minor skin irritations. Its smooth, transparent formula glides easily over delicate or inflamed skin without pulling or causing discomfort.

Sudosalve is a multi-purpose antiseptic cream suitable for:
Nappy rash in babies and toddlers
Minor cuts and grazes
Mild burns and sunburn
Minor skin infections
Outer ear infections
Wash your hands before and after applying the cream.
Gently clean and dry the affected area.
Apply a small amount of Sudosalve evenly over the area.
Use 2-3 times daily or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Avoid prolonged use. If symptoms persist after a few days or worsen, stop using the cream and consult a healthcare professional.

To prevent future outbreaks:
Change nappies promptly when wet or soiled.
Clean the nappy area gently and dry thoroughly.
Allow nappy-free time each day.
Avoid bubble baths, scented soaps, or alcohol-based wipes.
If the rash does not improve within a few days or worsens, seek medical advice as your baby may have a fungal infection, which requires antifungal treatment.
Do not use Sudosalve if:
You or your baby are allergic to dibrompropamidine isethionate or any other ingredients.
The skin is broken, badly cracked, or infected without medical advice.
Cautions:
Do not use for long periods, especially in children.
Avoid contact with the eyes and mouth.
For external use only.
If symptoms persist or worsen, stop use and consult your GP.
There are no known drug interactions, but inform your doctor if you or your baby are using any other topical medications.

White soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, chlorocresol, and purified water.
