• Day capsule: Paracetamol 500 mg (pain/fever relief), Caffeine 25 mg (reduces tiredness), Phenylephrine HCl 6.1 mg (nasal decongestant).

• Night capsule: Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine HCl 6.1 mg.
  Phenylephrine narrows nasal blood vessels to ease congestion. Paracetamol lowers temperature and reduces aches. Caffeine helps maintain alertness during the day.
