Period Delay

Period delay tablets, such as Norethisterone (also known as Utovlan or Primolut N), are often prescribed to delay the menstrual cycle for certain occasions or medical reasons. They work by maintaining high levels of the hormone progesterone in the body, which prevents the shedding of the womb lining and thus delays the period.
