Panadol Period Pain Tablets (16 caplets) are expertly formulated to relieve menstrual cramps, lower abdominal pain, and backache. Each caplet combines 500 mg paracetamol and 65 mg caffeine for up to 37% more effective relief than standard paracetamol alone.
Ideal for managing moderate period pain, these caplets also help alleviate associated symptoms such as headaches, toothache, sore throat, and flu-like aches. Fast-absorbing and gentle on the stomach, they let you maintain your routine with minimal disruption.

Adults & those aged 16+: Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children aged 12–15: Take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours, up to 4 in 24 hours.
Always swallow with water, leaving at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days without consulting a GP or pharmacist.
Do not combine with other paracetamol-containing products.
Speak with your doctor/pharmacist if you:
Have liver or kidney conditions, are underweight, or consume alcohol regularly
Use blood thinners (e.g. warfarin) or antibiotics like flucloxacillin
Are pregnant or breastfeeding (contains caffeine)
Limit caffeine from other sources to avoid insomnia or restlessness.
Not suitable for under-12s.
Common side effects may include mild nausea, trouble sleeping, or jitteriness due to caffeine.
Rare but serious reactions include:
Allergic reactions (rash, swelling, breathing difficulty)
Liver damage from overdose (look out for abdominal pain or jaundice)
Metabolic acidosis in those severely ill or malnourished
Seek immediate medical advice if you notice unusual symptoms or allergic responses.
