Panadol Night Tablets are expertly designed to relieve pain that prevents a good night’s sleep. Each film-coated tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol to relieve mild-to-moderate pain and reduce fever, paired with 25 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride, a sedating antihistamine to aid sleepiness and reduce night-time awakening .

Adults & adolescents (16+): Take 2 tablets with water about 20 minutes before bedtime.
Max 2 tablets per night, no more than 7 consecutive nights without consulting a doctor.
Keep at least 4 hours between any daytime paracetamol doses—limit daytime paracetamol to a maximum of 6 tablets in 24 hours.
Not suitable for children under 16, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those taking other sedatives.
Don’t combine with other paracetamol or antihistamine medications due to risk of serious side effects .
Avoid alcohol and driving/machinery — tablet induces drowsiness Consult a GP/pharmacist before use if you have:
Liver or kidney disease, epilepsy, asthma, COPD, prostate issues, glaucoma, or urinary retention
Use of MAO inhibitors, SSRIs, codeine, sedatives, or other antimuscarinic drugs
Not for use in elderly with confusion or sedation due to risk of paradoxical excitation.
Stop and seek immediate medical attention if pain persists beyond 7 nights or symptoms escalate.
