Combining 500 mg paracetamol and 65 mg caffeine in an OPTIZORB® fast-absorbing formulation, these tablets can start working within 10 minutes and deliver up to 37% more powerful pain relief than standard paracetamol.
They provide relief for:
Headaches (including migraine)
Backache and muscle aches
Toothache and dental pain
Period pain and dysmenorrhoea
Cold, flu, sore throats, and rheumatic pain
Available in convenient 16-tablet and economical 32-tablet packs, ideal whether you’re stocking up or taking care of occasional needs.
Adults & teens (16+): Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Children (12–15 years): Take 1 tablet every 4–6 hours, max 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Not suitable for children under 12 years
Always swallow with water and leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Use for up to 3 days unless directed by a GP or pharmacist
Avoid using with other paracetamol-containing products—risk of overdose.
Limit caffeine intake from drinks and medications to avoid insomnia, restlessness, palpitations, or anxity.

Liver or kidney impairment

Severe infection, malnutrition, or on flucloxacillin (risk of metabolic acidosis).
