Description

What is Nurofen Cold & Flu and What is it Used For?

Nurofen Cold & Flu Relief is a medication containing ibuprofen and phenylephrine hydrochloride. These active ingredients are effective in alleviating symptoms associated with colds and flu, including aches and pains, sore throats, headaches, nasal congestion (blocked nose), and lowering of temperature. Ibuprofen belongs to the group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), which is effective against pain, swelling, and fever. Phenylephrine hydrochloride acts as a nasal decongestant, reducing nasal congestion and relieving associated pressure headaches.
