Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules are specially formulated to provide fast, effective relief from the main symptoms of colds and flu.
Each capsule combines paracetamol, caffeine, and phenylephrine hydrochloride to reduce pain, lower fever, and clear nasal congestion – helping you get back to feeling your best.

Paracetamol (500 mg) – Reduces fever and relieves aches, pains, and sore throats.
Caffeine (25 mg) – Acts as a mild stimulant to combat tiredness and improve alertness.
Phenylephrine hydrochloride (6.1 mg) – Shrinks nasal blood vessels, easing congestion and sinus pressure.

Suitable for: Adults and children aged 16 years and over.
Do NOT take if you:
Are allergic to paracetamol, caffeine or phenylephrine hydrochloride
Have heart disease, high blood pressure or an overactive thyroid
Are taking or have taken MAOIs for depression within the last 14 days
Are taking other decongestants or paracetamol-containing medicines
Have an enlarged prostate
If you are pregnant, breast-feeding, or have liver/kidney problems, consult your doctor before use.

Instructions:
Swallow whole with water (do not chew).
Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
Do not exceed the stated dose.

Other Ingredients: Starch, croscarmellose sodium, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, sterilised talc, gelatin, titanium dioxide (E171), patent blue V (E131), erythrosine (E127), quinoline yellow (E104), shellac.
Like all medicines, Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Capsules may cause side effects, though not everyone gets them.
Stop taking and seek medical help if you notice:
Allergic reactions such as rash, itching, swelling or breathing difficulty
Unexplained bruising or bleeding
Yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)
Severe skin reactions (rare)
Other possible effects:
Nausea, vomiting or stomach discomfort
Restlessness, difficulty sleeping, nervousness or confusion
Caffeine may cause insomnia if taken close to bedtime
Difficulty passing urine (especially in men)
If you experience any side effects not listed, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
Contains paracetamol – do not take with other paracetamol products.
Avoid caffeine-rich drinks while taking this medicine.
Avoid alcohol to reduce liver risk.
Do not take for more than 3 days without medical advice.

No – they contain paracetamol. Avoid duplication.

No – Lemsip Max already contains caffeine. Extra caffeine may increase side effects.
