Dosage
Adults and children aged 12 and over: Apply 1-2 drops into each nostril up to 4 times a day as required.
Do not use in children under 12 years of age.
Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days.
Directions for Use
Wash your hands thoroughly before use.
Blow your nose gently to clear the nasal passages.
Tilt your head back slightly.
Carefully apply 1-2 drops into each nostril.

Do Not Use If You:
Are under 12 years of age

Have overactive thyroid, glaucoma, or prostate problems
Have difficulty urinating or a tumour of the adrenal gland (phaeochromocytoma)
Are allergic to Ephedrine or any of the ingredients
Have recently had nasal or sinus surgery
