Description

Daktarin 2% Cream (Miconazole Nitrate)

Daktarin 2% Cream is a fast-acting antifungal treatment used to clear and soothe a wide range of fungal skin infections. Its active ingredient, miconazole nitrate, works by killing the fungi and bacteria responsible for infections such as athlete’s foot, sweat rash, ringworm, jock itch and infected nappy rash. It also helps relieve common symptoms including itching, redness, irritation and flaking skin, helping skin feel more comfortable as it heals.

Signs you may have athlete’s foot include:

  • Itching, stinging or burning between the toes

  • Blisters or peeling skin

  • Cracks or fissures between the toes

  • Dry, scaly skin on the soles or sides of the feet

Who Can Use Daktarin 2% Cream?

  • You are allergic to miconazole or any other ingredients in the cream.

Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you take warfarin or other blood-thinning medicines, as miconazole may enhance their effects.
