Cystocalm Sachets provide fast, effective relief from the painful symptoms of cystitis, a common urinary tract infection (UTI) that causes burning, irritation, and frequent urination.
Each sachet contains sodium citrate, an alkalising agent that works by reducing the acidity of urine, helping to relieve discomfort and soothe the bladder.
Cystitis mostly affects women and, while not usually serious, it can cause significant discomfort. Cystocalm helps you feel more comfortable while your body recovers.

Dosage Instructions:
Adults and children over 12 years:
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water and drink three times a day for two days.
Complete the full course (six sachets in total) for effective relief.
Children under 12 years: Not recommended.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to help flush out bacteria and support recovery.
Do Not Take Cystocalm If You:
Are allergic to sodium citrate or any other ingredient listed
Have heart disease or high blood pressure
Are diabetic or have a history of kidney disease
Are on a low sodium (salt) diet
Are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless advised by your doctor

Most people do not experience any side effects when using Cystocalm Sachets.
In rare cases, you may notice:
The need to urinate more frequently
If you experience any unusual symptoms or allergic reactions, stop using the product and contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately.
Each 5.6g sachet contains:
Active ingredient: Sodium citrate dihydrate 4.0g
Other ingredients: Sucrose (sugar) 1.5g, colloidal anhydrous silica, saccharin sodium, and cranberry flavouring
This product contains sugar and sodium. If you are on a restricted diet, speak to your doctor before use.
To keep your medication safe and effective:
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place
Keep out of sight and reach of children
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the packaging
Dispose of unused sachets at your local pharmacy
What is Cystocalm used for?
Cystocalm is used to relieve the pain, burning, and discomfort caused by mild cystitis and urinary tract infections.
Does Cystocalm cure cystitis?
No. Cystocalm eases symptoms but does not kill bacteria. If symptoms persist beyond 48 hours, consult your GP as you may need antibiotics.
Can I take Cystocalm while pregnant?
Cystocalm is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor.
How quickly does Cystocalm work?
Most users experience symptom relief within 24-48 hours of starting treatment.
Can I use Cystocalm with other cystitis treatments?
Cystocalm can be used alongside plenty of fluids and pain relief (e.g., paracetamol). Avoid taking with other alkalising products unless advised by a healthcare professional.
