Contac Dual Relief Tablets combine two proven active ingredients to target cold and flu symptoms at their source:
Paracetamol works by blocking pain signals and lowering body temperature to reduce headache, sore throat, and fever.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages and sinuses, reducing swelling and easing breathing.
This non-drowsy formula allows you to continue your day while managing symptoms effectively.
Suitable for: Adults and children aged 12 years and over.
Do NOT take if you:
Are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, or any ingredient in this product
Have high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, or enlarged prostate
Have kidney or liver problems
Are taking MAOIs (for depression) or have taken them in the last 14 days
Are using appetite suppressants, stimulants, or other decongestants
Are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor
If unsure, speak to your pharmacist or GP before use.

Maximum dose:
Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours
Leave at least 4 hours between doses
Swallow tablets whole with water
Do not take with other paracetamol-containing medicines

Microcrystalline cellulose (E460), colloidal anhydrous silica (E551), stearic acid (E570), magnesium stearate (E572), starch pregelatinised, povidone, crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium (E468), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (E464), macrogol, carnauba wax (E903), indigo carmine (E132).
Like all medicines, Contac Dual Relief Tablets can cause side effects, though not everyone will experience them.
Stop taking and seek medical help immediately if you experience:
Allergic reaction: rash, itching, swelling, or shortness of breath
Severe headache or vision changes
Skin rash, peeling, or mouth ulcers
Breathing problems (especially if sensitive to painkillers like ibuprofen or aspirin)
Unexplained bruising, bleeding, or jaundice (yellowing of skin/eyes)
Difficulty urinating (especially in men with enlarged prostate)
Common side effects:
Nervousness or restlessness
Difficulty sleeping
Nausea or vomiting
Dizziness or dry mouth
Rare side effects:
Agitation or palpitations
Hallucinations (very rare)
If side effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not exceed recommended dose – taking too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
Avoid alcohol while using this product.
Do not take alongside other decongestants or stimulants.
Check all labels to avoid duplicate paracetamol intake.
Stop using if symptoms persist beyond 7 days.
