Suitable for:

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after use.
Remove the pessary and applicator from the packaging.
Pull the plunger of the applicator until it stops.
Place the pessary into the holder of the applicator.
Lie on your back with knees bent and gently insert the applicator into the vagina as deeply as comfortable.
Slowly press the plunger to release the pessary.
Remove and safely dispose of the applicator.
Best used at bedtime so the pessary can dissolve overnight.

Other ingredients: White soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, emulsifying wax.
Free from perfumes and parabens.
For vaginal use only – do not swallow.
