For infants and babies up to 2 years:
Lay your child down and gently turn their head to one side.
Place the nozzle just inside a nostril.
Press once to release a drop.
Repeat in the other nostril as needed.
For children over 2 years and adults:
Hold the bottle vertically and place the nozzle into one nostril.
Press the other nostril closed.
Press the spray head once while breathing in deeply.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Recommended dosage:
Babies up to 2 years: 1 spray per nostril as required.
Children over 2 years & adults: 1-2 sprays per nostril as required.
