Vitamin D plays a vital role in your baby’s early development. It helps:

The NHS recommends all breastfed babies from birth to one year take a daily supplement containing 8.5-10µg of vitamin D, as sunlight alone may not provide sufficient levels – particularly in the UK during autumn and winter months.
