Each tablet contains:
Paracetamol (500 mg) – reduces pain and fever
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (22.5 mg) – relieves blocked nose and sinus congestion
Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (12.5 mg) – an antihistamine that eases runny nose and sneezing

Benylin 4 Flu Tablets contain three complementary ingredients that act together to relieve cold and flu symptoms:
Paracetamol works by reducing pain signals and lowering body temperature.
Pseudoephedrine narrows swollen nasal blood vessels, clearing nasal passages and reducing sinus pressure.
Diphenhydramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal discharge – helping you rest and recover.
Suitable for:
Adults and children 10 years and over.
Do NOT use if you:
Are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, diphenhydramine, or any ingredients listed
Have heart disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, prostate problems, or severe kidney/liver disease
Are taking MAOIs, other decongestants, sedating antihistamines, or paracetamol-containing medicines
Are pregnant or breastfeeding without medical advice

Instructions:

Stop using immediately and seek medical help if you experience:
Allergic reaction: rash, itching, swelling, shortness of breath
Unusual bruising/bleeding or frequent infections
Hallucinations or seizures
Liver problems: yellowing of skin/eyes, dark urine, stomach pain
Common side effects:
Drowsiness, dry mouth, headache
Blurred vision, upset stomach, restlessness
Rare:
Tremor, confusion, dizziness, changes in blood pressure
Driving warning: This medicine may cause drowsiness due to diphenhydramine. Avoid alcohol and do not drive if affected.
